Set in a rural meat factory where upper management is trying to break the union, “Slaughter City” explores the conflicting interests of Labor and Management that threaten safety, productivity, profits, and humane work conditions. Workers defend their right to safety as the increasingly mechanized world of the factory threatens relationships, union solidarity, productivity, and safety.
