In November 2002, Pulitzer Prize-winner Suzan-Lori Parks had the idea to write a play a day for a year. These plays are called “365 Days/365 Plays.” The 365 National Festival in 2006 launched these plays into production all across America and beyond. Semele’s contribution to this global festival was “Week 21” of the 52-week cycle of plays.
